A) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF ORPHANS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BUT, IN PARTICULAR, IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA (OR ANY PART THEREOF) INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY: (I) PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS AND LOANS TO ORPHANS TO MEET EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH EDUCATION (INCLUDING COURSE FEES, TRAVEL AND MAINTENANCE AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES); (II) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE AND MENTORING, EMOTIONAL AND MORAL SUPPORT TO ORPHANS; (B) SUPPORTING COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA (OR ANY PART THEREOF) BY SUPPORTING AND FACILITATING ORPHANS' EDUCATION WITH A VIEW TO: (I) DEVELOPING THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND CAPACITY; (II) FOSTERING ENTHUSIASM AND TOLERANCE, INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND ENGENDERING RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUALITY, DIFFERENCE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAMWORK; AND (III) USING THEIR EDUCATION AND SKILLS TO THE BENEFIT OF THEIR COMMUNITIES (WHETHER NATIONAL, REGIONAL OR LOCAL) WITHIN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA; (C) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA (OR ANY PART THEREOF) BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND (D) SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
