360 Community Development Corporation, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3), tax-exempt charitable organization started by University of Wisconsin Rose Bowl Champions, J.C. Dawkins and Henry Searcy, dedicated to bettering communities by investing in young people and helping develop our next generation of leaders.
We want to inspire and empower youth to reach their full life's potential by providing mentoring services, academic support and leadership and life skills programming. We also provide our client network with a unique opportunity to obtain cutting-edge, elite fitness and athletic performance training, nutritional guidance and information for improved healthy living.
We utilize our experience as former professional and college athletes and coaches to use athletics as a vehicle to change the student-athlete's approach to academics, sportsmanship and citizenship. Our clients are provided the tools that will allow them to experience growth not only in athletic skills development, but also in the areas of study skills, citizenship, teamwork, fair play, self-discipline and overall self-confidence.
