Wescott Acres Pet Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit rescue operating in Columbia, South Carolina. Their purpose is to save the lives of abandoned, abused and neglected dogs and cats and place them into permanent homes.

Their goal is to find permanent loving homes for Brussels Griffons and Affenpinscher in need; most having spent their lives in commercial breeding facilities and who will have a better chance at life though their efforts.

Rescue animals. Educate communities. Advocate for animal welfare.

BULLDOGS in RESCUE

FURR IS A NONPROFIT RESCUE FOR FERAL AND HOMELESS CATS Their goal is to rescue homeless, injured and/or feral cats and kittens and prepare them for forever homes!

Michigan Orphan Kitten Rescue cares for orphaned and abandoned kittens under four weeks old until adoption age. Our kittens receive veterinary care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchips prior to adoption.

Their mission statement is to assist in the rescue of the American Pit Bull Terrier. They generally take in dogs that are a bit older, and some special needs. They also take in hospice cases on occasion. They take in dogs that have not had a good start in life, may have been used for nefarious purposes. They then take their time to rehabilitate and find loving forever homes for them.

Their mission is to rescue animals who are homeless and unwanted, get to know them, rehabilitate them, train them, and find for them the best “forever homes”.  Also, to educate the public in the humane treatment of companion animals. 

Advocating responsible and compassionate treatment of animals and reducing pet overpopulation. Through care and adoption, they transform stray, abandoned, abused, neglected, homeless and unwanted animals into pets.

A Better Life Animal Rescue is dedicated to saving all companion animals whose lives are in jeopardy. Through rescue from kill facilities, rehabilitation of sick and un-socialized pets, and a 100% spay/neuter program, A Better Life Animal Rescue hopes to end pet overpopulation and place all adoptable dogs and cats in loving homes. We also have in place a program to help low income families with pets meet costs for vet care, food needs and shelter.

Animal Rescue Carolina (ARC) is a no kill, non profit organization whose mission is four fold: 1) To promote spay-neuter. 2) To restore stray animals to good medical health before adopting them into permanent, loving homes. 3) To encourage Trap, neuter and Release (TNR) 4) To educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals.

CCAR is a 501c3 organization located in Maryland. Our goal is to reduce the number of cats in shelters and on the street. We focus on cats that are in crisis situations because of behavior, health, or family issues.
