Can I make micro-donations and how does that work?

Yes, you can use our Donate API to make micro-donations. Set up a payment method on your account, and we will charge it once your aggregated donations reach certain thresholds.

What fees are associated?

There is no charge to use our API, but fees can be taken out of the donation. On our Donate API, a 5% fee is taken from the donation, plus the fees associated with your payment method. If you are implementing our Fundraiser API, we operate on an optional tip model, which is added to the donation by the donor, plus the fees associated with the payment method.
