a/perture cinema’s mission is to engage and entertain the community through the art of film by showcasing informative, educational, thought-provoking and inspiring films - films that enrich our lives, engage our minds, promote diversity and build community. a/perture is located in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina and has been operating since 2010.
The Symphony of the Potomac is a community-based, primarily volunteer orchestra in Montgomery County, Maryland, under the direction of Maestro Joel Lazar. The orchestra provides Montgomery County and the Greater Washington DC area with the opportunity to enjoy symphonic music at a reasonable price. We foster an appreciation of orchestral and other instrumental music and provide music education for both youth and adults. Our regular concert season takes place at the Cultural Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.

We provide visual arts education and professional development to help emerging artists compete on the retail market. By promoting the work of artists with disabilities and seniors, we center their art-making rather than any impairments and by doing so challenge the stigma associated with disability and aging.
The mission of the Danbury Music Centre is to sponsor musical organizations, both instrumental and vocal, in which persons of a wide variety of musical backgrounds are encouraged to study and to perform classic and modern compositions to improve their musical ability and to share the joy of music with the people of the greater Danbury area. The musical organizations will be composed of amateur and professional musicians of the greater Danbury area and will be conducted by professional directors. Most performances will be free to the public.
About Valley 103.1 Valley 103.1 FM, is a community-based volunteer 100-watt Low Power FM (LPFM) radio station providing programming content for Carnation, Duvall and parts of Redmond Ridge residing in the lower Snoqualmie valley. Valley 103.1 will provide a mix of music, talk, news, local culture, agricultural, educational, fine arts, and specialty programming to name a few. As a 501(c3) nonprofit organization, Valley 103.1 is managed by a board of directors and shows will be locally produced and created by local residents. Our Mission Statement Valley 103.1 Community Radio mission is to be an enjoyable and reliable source of entertainment, information, and community programming.

The FCAC’s mission is to further and support the practice and enjoyment of the fine arts in the Fremont community. In addition to active sponsorship of activities such as art in the schools, the Fremont Cultural Arts Council provides a “clearinghouse” for the Arts and other charitable and non-profit activities in the area, helping these organizations to avoid event scheduling conflicts and publishing a calendar of events via our newsletter, the Fremont Focus, and on this website.
