Established in 1998, The Eye Cancer Foundation is an educational and supportive resource for eye cancer patients, their families, and physicians. Our mission is two-fold: one part focused on multi-center research of new diagnostic treatments for eye cancer research, the other focused on providing much needed, world-wide patient support services. Our mission is to create a world-class resource for patients and their families diagnosed with ocular tumors, radiation macular degeneration, and related ophthalmic conditions. We want to help you, your children and families around the world. ECF Specific Goals: 1) Find cures for patients with ocular tumors and related eye diseases. 2) Provide eye cancer specialists for unserved and underserved countries. 3) Coordinate international cooperative evaluations of new methods of diagnosis and treatment. 4) Support family and patient support programs to ease emotional stress and real-life adjustment issues related to eye cancer. 5) Promote transparency related to doctors and patient outcomes. 6) Promote quality assurance and education for eye cancer specialiatly centers. 7) Empower patients to find the resources to improve their lives.

The mission of the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge is to raise money for life-saving cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund. The catalyst for the fundraising effort is a bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Committed cyclists, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and individual financial contributors are essential to the PMC achieving this goal. Since its founding in 1980, the PMC has been increasingly successful in mobilizing the support of all these constituencies. We strive to inspire even more proponents of our cause and intend the money we raise to afford Dana-Farber's doctors and researchers the resources necessary to discover cures for all cancers.

Uncertainty, Pain, Helplessness, and Confusion are just a few of the feelings that devour a person who is fighting cancer. Every day brings new questions and unique challenges that shouldn’t be answered or encounter alone. Cancer treatments have made groundbreaking advancements in the past decade, but until there is a cure, each person’s fight will not seem any easier. A positive outlook is imperative part of healing. By letting Purple Plunge be a part of that support system that surrounds cancer fighters we will prove that “Community is Stronger Than Cancer.” Purple Plunge is dedicated to making each day about being with family, focusing on health, and not stressing over the day to day responsibilities that cloud the mind of those fighting cancer. Whether it is a little extra gas money, house cleaning, a date night, or some assistance with utilities, Purple Plunge will work with each cancer survivor to lighten their financial burdens. Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area ensures that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. Cancer Support Community provides comprehensive integrative care - including counseling, support groups, nutrition, exercise and patient education programs - for people with cancer and their families or caregivers. Our services enable cancer patients to partner with their treatment team to manage their treatment and recovery most effectively, increase their chances for survival, reduce their chances of recurrence, and provide for the highest possible quality of life.

The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic's mission is to support and empower low-income women with cancer by providing free access to compassionate, integrative care, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, guided imagery, movement, and nutritional advice. These evidence-based modalities offer relief from the side effects of cancer and its treatments, and contribute to increased rates of survival and quality of life. They are rarely covered by insurance and are too costly for women living in poverty. Since 1991, CMC has provided integrative cancer care and health education free of charge to thousands of underserved women with cancer. Our vision is that all low-income women with cancer achieve the highest attainable health during their cancer journey.

ZERO Prostate Cancer is the leading national nonprofit with the mission to end prostate cancer and help all who are impacted. ZERO advances research, provides support, and creates solutions to achieve health equity to meet the most critical needs of our community.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO CANCER VICTIMS. THIS SUPPORT IS PRIMARILY PROVIDED IN TWO WAYS: 1) DISTRIBUTION OF FINANCIAL "GESTURES" TO ASSIST WITH THE FINANCIAL BURDEN OF A CANCER DIAGNOSIS AND 2) OFFERING OF HEALTHY AND ACTIVE-LIVING ACTIVITIES (SURVIVE, THRIVE & BE FIT) TO ENCOURAGE PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS TO LIVE MORE FULLY FOLLOWING A CANCER DIAGNOSIS.

TO FUND RESEARCH, AND IMPROVE TREATMENTS FOR PEDIATRIC BRAIN CANCERS. DESPITE BEING THE DEADLIEST FORM OF CHILDHOOD CANCER, MANY STANDARD TREATMENTS HAVE REMAINED UNCHANGED FOR DECADES. WE'RE COMMITTED TO MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR CHILDREN.

The mission of Cancer Support Services is to provide cancer patients support for their financial and emotional needs, including lodging and transport services, in order to facilitate their treatment and healing.

TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT RESEARCH OF EFFECTIVE TREATMENT METHODS AND ULTIMATELY A CURE FOR MELANOMA

At Cancer Patient Lab, our mission is to help advanced cancer patients and their caregivers make complex testing and treatment decisions through education and the power of a diverse service provider network. We are patient-centered, data-driven, and supported by a dedicated community of patients, caregivers, doctors, scientists and bioinformaticians. Our goal is to empower and assist in navigating the challenging journey of cancer diagnosis and treatment, ensuring access to accurate information and helping patients shop for services that best meet their needs.
