Founded by Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green, the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation is on a mission to change the way cancer is treated and reduce cancer-patient suffering by providing a treatment that is accessible, affordable, and, most importantly, effective. Despite all of modern and alternative medicine’s best approaches, nearly 9 million cancer-related deaths occur every year due to cost, access, and efficacy of current treatment options. Dr. Green has developed a new arsenal in the war on cancer, Laser-Activated Nano-Therapy (LANT). After a single 10-minute treatment, LANT completely eliminates tumors in laboratory mice in just 15 days, without any observable side effects. Limited by funding, not technological advancements, LANT is ready for human trials. The purpose of the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation is to move LANT beyond the laboratory and into humans, independent of the pharmaceutical industry with tax-deductible donations. Bright Spot Network provides young cancer survivors who are parents of small children with a safe space for individual and familial healing, recovery, and reconnection. We do this through family-focused retreats, survivor “matchmaking,” and connecting families with needed support and children’s therapy resources. We focus on young parents and guardians caring for young children at the time of diagnosis, including those diagnosed during pregnancy. We value empathy, equity and justice. Our community is built on trust and authentic connection. We hold hope and healing alongside grief and loss. Bright Spot Network serves families where a parent, or primary caregiver, of a preschool-age kid (ages 0-6 or pregnant at the time of diagnosis) has cancer. We serve people from diagnosis to survivorship, those in active treatment and living with cancer, understanding that a cancer "journey" can be long for the patient and their family.

To find a cure for pancreatic cancer in honor of Ron Hirshberg and the thousands of people who are diagnosed with this disease each year. To create a premier Pancreatic Cancer Center where all needs of pancreatic cancer patients can be met in one location with the most advanced treatment options. To fund projects and programs designed to improve patient care, treatment and, ultimately, pancreatic cancer survival rates. Our mission is to transform lives through year-round recreational and social programs for children and their families challenged with pediatric cancer or another life threatening illness. All programs are provided at no cost to the child and their family.

Breast Cancer Resource Centers (BCRC) of Texas is a centralized source of information, education and support that empowers those affected by breast cancer to navigate through diagnosis, treatment, recovery and beyond as active, knowledgeable participants in their healthcare. Staffed by breast cancer survivors, BCRC strives to reduce mortality rates by assisting central Texans diagnosed with breast cancer as they confront obstacles that stand in the way of their treatment or affect their quality of life. We help eliminate barriers related to insurance, employment, family relationships, inability to pay for services, and end-of-life decisions. Our certified patient navigators will work with you directly, providing practical guidance to help replace fear, anxiety and doubt with information, options and hope. Our programs include individualized patient navigation, face-to-face support group meetings, online forums, educational seminars, and special events. Whatever your circumstances, our services are provided free of charge to anyone affected by breast cancer regardless of income, ethnicity, level of education, or social support. With information that empowers, a community that understands, and help where and how its needed most, BCRC believes no one should face breast cancer alone

The mission of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is to improve survivorship and lessen the burden of cancer through expert treatment, compassionate care, early detection, research and education.

Through volunteering and donations, Michelle's Love's Mission is to help relieve the stress of single parents undergoing cancer treatment. Our organization strives to ease daily responsibilities by offering housing payments, meals, and home cleanings, allowing parents more time to heal and spend with their children.
