Pediatric AIDS Chicago Prevention Initiative is dedicated to eliminating deaths from pediatric AIDS and to reducing the transmission of HIV from mothers to their children in the state of Illinois.

There are one million orphans in Ethiopia, many of them fending for themselves. AIDS incidence in the general population is about one in six persons and the epidemic is growing. A similar proportion of children orphaned by AIDS is also infected with HIV. There are about 120,000 new cases of HIV infection among children each year. The country is overwhelmed by the needs of their orphans.

To promote the optimal health and well-being of children with special health care needs by providing family-centered, comprehensive and coordinated prevention, intervention and treatment services within a medical home environment.

To improve the quality of life for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS through care and education in the communities we serve.

Our mission is to impact the health of mothers by putting them at the heart of improving reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health. Our Mentor Mother Model empowers mothers living with HIV, through education and employment, as role models to help other women and their families access essential services and medical care. Through this Mentor Mother Model, we work with governments, local partners, and communities to: - Eliminate HIV infections in children - Reduce maternal and child mortality - Advance healthy development of newborns and children - Improve the health of women, adolescents, and families - Promote universal access to reproductive health and family planning - Overcome stigma and discrimination - Champion gender equality - Support livelihood development for families and communities

The mission of the Kansas City CARE Clinic is to promote health and wellness by providing quality care, access, research and education to the underserved and all people in our community. We accomplish our mission by: Respecting the dignity of each individual; Serving a diverse community; Providing culturally competent quality care; Working collaboratively with volunteers; Cultivating partnerships throughout our community; Adapting to the changing needs of the community; Embracing health care innovation and research; Educating the health care workforce; Maximizing our financial resources.

Jerusalem House provides homeless and low-income individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Greater Atlanta with a continuum of housing options, supportive services, and educational opportunities that contribute to a resident's overall self-sufficiency.

Hope and Help inspires, equips and mobilizes people to take action against HIV/AIDS.

Our mission is to end HIV transmission and stigma through peer-to-peer empowerment, building community, and connecting members to care.

Nashville CARES promotes and participates in a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV/AIDS in Middle Tennessee. Our purpose is to educate the community for increased understanding and prevention of HIV transmission, to advocate for responsible public policy, and to provide services that improve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and their families.

The Southern AIDS Coalition promotes accessible and high quality systems of HIV and STD prevention, care, treatment and housing throughout the South. We envision the South a place where new HIV infections are rare and when they do occur, people living with HIV, regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic circumstance, or geographical location, have access to high-quality, life-extending care free from stigma and discrimination.
