Asa's Place is a cross-systems collaborative child-serving organization serving babies and children of Tioga County, Pennsylvania. There are three main components of Asa's Place including a pediatric recovery center for infants born dependent on illicit drugs, a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program for children in Tioga County's foster care system, and a Children's Advocacy Center which serves child victims of sexual and physical abuse.
