Recent research has proven the benefits of exercise for people who are undergoing or have undergone cancer treatment. Team Survivor aims to make regular exercise a fun, convenient and supportive experience for all women affected by cancer. Our group exercise programs are designed to accommodate women of all fitness and experience levels - some of our participants are exercising for the first time in their life, others are longtime athletes working to regain their strength following their cancer treatment. All of our participants support one another in their healing journeys.

Inclusion Matters by Shane's Inspiration has grown into a powerful network of 74 inclusive, sensory and literacy-rich playgrounds throughout the world.
